Delivery  (£40 delivery service for laminates only)

Delivery is free for all items apart from laminate flooring. Deliveries for laminate flooring incurs a cost with our delivery driver for £40, unless orders are above £300 then it’s free. We also have a 50 mile radius for laminate only. All other items can be shipped nationwide.

Once an order has been made through our website, depending what is purchased, delivery times can vary. All products have a 2 day handling period. For thresholds, beading and underlay we employ Hermes parcel company to handle these items. Hermes can take from 1 day to 5 days to deliver our products.

All laminate flooring sold are handled in house with our own staff to ensure products safely reach your door within 1 week. After a purchase one of our representatives will contact you through your preferred method of contact; email, phone or even text. We will then arrange a time that suits you, whether it be a weekend or an evening, we will try working around your schedule and our drivers routes.

All products can vary on delivery time, we provide a time scale based on average delivery times.
